Is it safe and secure to open an account and begin to trade on FOREX? Can you give me some advice, please?

Which company are you looking to trade with?
There are a number of brokerages that are safe and reliable. Stick with the larger ones that have been around awhile. They all offer demo accounts that let you trade with virtual money so that you can experience their platform without risking any money of your own. I use GFT and InterbankFX.
Do not enter the Forex market until you have you are sure of what you are doing. Either find an experienced trader to assist you or immerse yourself in studying everything you can.
The Forex market can be quite rewarding or can be quite punishing.
